We will observe the evaluation and the preparatory trial hearing of the Ola Bini case

Ecuadorian authorities must guarantee a fair trial and monitor whether due process is respected in the case of digital defender Ola Bini, whose pre-trial hearing for the alleged crime of “unauthorised access to an information system” will be held this 5 March in Quito, Amnesty International said today.
